Job Description

    IT infrastructure, IT applications & services, e-commerce features, social & digital media, guest engagement features, productivity applications, data management & mining tools, IT vulnerability Safety & security, data migration & storageDevelop our IT interface as solution provider for various needs of employees/management aspects/ guest experience. Position IT as a positive image building tool for guest experience enhancer within the service delivery framework.Develop & nurture good productive relations with all old and new, business associates, consultants, suppliers & vendors, social media / digital technology providers, app developers, certifying agencies etc. to provide seamless uninterrupted service, 24X 7.Actively explore and present IT solutions as problem solving initiatives to continually enhance avenues of productivity & revenue maximization, cost reduction, efficient data management.Services & delivery Identify and adopt best in class IT performance norms, uptime norms, capacity build up of regular or surge events, to create a distinct likeability aligned with core brand image.Develop a focused approach on the core delivery of the product experience, by maintaining & enhancing smallest facet of guest facing technology / process.Develop & periodically update SOPs for their consistent adoption, across the spectrum of functional needs.Create processes to identify SOP deviations, service delivery gaps, their study and correction for further improved consistency. Minimize variations in service delivery, to create consistent or better standards.Operations & Process controlDevelop effective vigilance systems for financial transactions, control systems to ensure Nil scope of any monetary deviation /leakage / dilution or escape, including data / information.To ensure regular evaluation for adoption of latest technology to upscale productivity/ accuracy/ efficiency / guest reachability / trendy looks of IT provisions.Training & DevelopmentIdentify, select and execute training, development, employee engagement initiatives with an aim to create best-in-class delivery team.Focus on individual-development of each reporting team member by using various employee engagement strategies & tools. Ensure that it becomes a system based team-development process across all the reporting levels, investing adequate time and priority.Facilitate performance measurement culture with a scheduled evaluation process.Identify and support lateral role-extension /rotation to create a robust & lean reporting structure as well as to create a learning organization.
