Job Description

Manage infrastructure solutions and services across datacentres for Piramal group globally
Consult/implement and maintain On-Prem DC/DR, Public/ private Cloud Infrastructure for Piramal Group.
Manage Virtualization Environment using Hyper-Converge (VxRail), VMWare ESXi & Vcenter, Hyper V and OVM.
Should knowledge on different Hardware OEMs Servers, storage and SAN Switches.
OS management Microsoft, AIX, Linux, Suse Linux etc.
Partners with business and location team to enable innovation and automation in Datacenter domain.
Provide necessary consulting/guidance to local IT team for fresh build of DC setups @ new locations or DC upgrade @ existing locations
Manage PAM solution & Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
Implement & manage Windows & AIX Servers, NAS/SAN/Hybrid Storage, SFTP, Backup, Web server (IIS), DNS, Disaster Recovery & BCP.
Proactive/Preventive Maintenance of all server and storage units.
Manage Backup for server and storage with TSM and Arcserve tools.
Monitor the server and storage with SolarWinds monitoring tools.
Work closely with infosec team to meet DC specific security requirements
Co-ordinate with compliance team for documentation requirements.
