Job Description

    We have been retained by a leading API manufacturing company to hire a Manager International Sales for promoting sales of APIs in LATAM countries. Details of the position are mentioned below:
    • Company: Our client is a leading API manufacturing company with a state-of-the-art plant in SEZ Surat and headquarters in Mumbai. The company caters to a wide range of industries such as pharmaceuticals, veterinary, cosmetic, healthcare, and more.
    • Designation: Sales Manager - International Sales
    • Job Overview: Our client is looking for a Sales Manager with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in international marketing, especially in LATAM countries such as Mexico, Guatemala, Brazil, and CIS countries and Japan. The ideal candidate should have exposure to the Microbial Control Solution/Disinfectant/Surfactant domain in the Pharma, Veterinary, Cosmetic, Healthcare market. The candidate should be based in Mumbai, but with a valid passport, and willing to travel extensively. Candidates with a live US/LATAM visa will get preference.
    • Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for the export market.
    • Identify new market opportunities and develop new business relationships.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and customer needs.
    • Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
    • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
    • Requirements:
    • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in international marketing, with exposure to LATAM and CIS countries and Japan.
    • Experience in the Microbial Control Solution/Disinfectant/Surfactant domain in Pharma, Veterinary, Cosmetic, Healthcare market.
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of the global market.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Willingness to travel extensively.
    • Valid passport.
    • Live US/LATAM visa will be preferred.
    • Knowledge (Spoken / Written ) of Spanish / Portuguese or any other foreign language will get preference
