A Leading Retail client of ours is looking for a Manager Investor Relations, based in Mumbai.This is an individual contributor role and does not manage a team. We are looking for candidates with 5-6 years of experience in Investor Relations roles. Candidates from 2014-2016 would be considered for this role. Experience in Investor Relation and Investor Relation strategy is critical.Broadly this will encompass:1. Strategize networking with Key Equity stakeholders, Investors , and banking community2. Shape narratives applying business lens to create differentiation 3. Ability to enable and support all types of important Corporate Action for the company (Eg QIPs, FPOs etc.)4. Work closely with Dept Heads and FP&A to gain business insights for application into IR communications5. Participate, draw and present company 5 Year Vision to all external stakeholders6. Plan and Prepare Investor Day on an annual basis 7. Lead and drive periodic analyst conference calls, analyst meets, road shows8. Gather Industry reports, company reports to build the industry & competition knowledge, market trends and update senior management as a key inputs for strategy formulation9. Analyse operational results, preparing quarterly business reviews, media releases, pre and post quarterly results and presenting the reviews to external and internal stakeholders 10. Preparation of quarterly Investor / Analyst presentation and relevant materials11. Oversee and manage the Annual Report of the Company,
