Job Description

    Learning & Development Manager (L&D) - For a Large Indian Org Client :- A Large well-established Indian Organization having offices Globally. - They are in the domain of Electricals, Lighting and more. - They are looking for an Learning and Development Manager who will work closely with the CHRO to manage L&D initiatives for the organization Job description : - Work closely with the Global CHRO for executing L&D strategy- Manage & track various L&D Initiatives, MDPs across BUs- Develop Digital Content & LMS- Measure Gaps, Delivery & Training Effectiveness- Manage the L&D Centre- Manage the Training Partner ecosystem and relations Required profile - PG/MBA - 8-15 yrs in Learning & Development- 2+ years in Leading L&D for a mid to Large sized Organization- Must understand of LMS & Technologies around it- Must have an excellent understanding of the Learning & Development domain - Excellent Communication skills- Client is looking for young professionals who have a good experience in L&D and wish to grow in their experienceThis is an excellent opportunity for someone to make a difference in the L&D domainPlease note: - We are not looking for HR Generalists or Training Management professionals - We will be able to share the client name only after your profile is shortlisted by our team- Please go thru the requirement carefully before responding to it- Please share this with your friends in L&DTeam RecruitmentZend Consulting ServicesThis job opening was posted long time back.
