This is an excellent opportunity in the L&D Team with one of the most reputed and Tier 1 law firm in Mumbai which is continuously looking to keep up to the speed of the economy and adapt to the changes in the environment. Role outline is mentioned below :- Knowledge of working on and upgrading LMS- Create e-learning / online learning modules as per our needs- Design emails / templates (eg Learning Capsule) from time to time- Explore and implement new learning technologies and methodologies- Identify T&D needs for members and devise individual learning plans- Design, oversee and manage the delivery of training and development programmes- Develop and take effective induction / orientation programmes for new members- Plan and assess the ROI of training / development programmes- Work within the allocated budget and find solutions to implement the required training - Work closely with TL, concerned training partners and the HR team to come up with required training programs- Work on L&D related special projects from time to timeExperience and Education :- 5-6 years- experience of working on an L&D Asst Manager / Manager- Be proficient in MS office and some basic designing knowledge- Significant experience in working on e-learning platforms and practices- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills - good ability to build relations with stakeholders - MBA - HR (Experience in L&D) - If someone is with a law background, that would be even better,
