Job Description

    Ecommerce Logistics Manager- Fashion eCommerce We are hiring Manager-Logistics for a luxury-commerce omni-channel platform that is well-funded and is now ready for its next level of growth. Backed by reputed investors, it is already a leader in its space. The focus for the coming years will be on scaling the platform with technology as its backbone. Market-driven competitive salary for the right candidate Job Role: Manager- Responsible to build and manage the global fulfilment process of fast-growing omnichannel luxury commerce platform through 3PL partners with a keen eye on customer-satisfaction metrics- Young & dynamic individual with masters from Top B Schools with 3+ yrs experience in managing ecommerce logistics operations, last mile logistics, 3rd party logistics and proficient with export / international logistics.- Partnering closely with the internal development teams, products, finance to guide the direction of our product offerings - Strong sense of data analysis with a business focus to identify defects, trends in Last Miles performance for COD, Prepaid, Non-Delivery Reasons, Pickup Failures across clusters- Extremely agile in Stakeholder handling with a root cause analysis mindset- Should have a brief understanding of the Legal framework for taxes, levies & compliances related to Courier / Transportations / Supply Chain- Strong people management with inter & intra team communications skills. Ideally a Hustler, who can get things done, with little or no supervision- Strong analytical aptitude in problem solving, multi-tasker, critical thinker and a tactical executioner with a proven track record of finding solutions to business problems- Entrepreneurial drive and ability to hustle; fire in the belly to create a differentiating supply chain in the country.
