  • Responsible for managing RBO headcount reporting and forecasting
  • Support end to end monitoring of Retail cost and help in delivering cost target
  • Tracking of Attrition & Open position and raise JR based on the request received from Functional Heads and Managers.
  • Collating Headcount saves and upload it in Earnest portal after validation.
Governance
  • SPOC for all the PS Tool related activities
  • Review the monthly billing details shared by MIS team prior sending it to finance team
  • Review the Operational Performance Metrics shared by WFM team and in turn cascade it to all FM/FH with inference.
  • Working closely with TA and Central team for end to end management of job requisition and related approvals. Act as the central gate keeper for all open roles within JR.
  • Support all central governance activities that might arise from time-to-time
  • It is important for the individual to be pro-active and be able to connect the dots between the various interlinked activities that this role entails.
