Job Description

    Location:MumbaiPosition:Manager-Product Enterprise/GrowthLooking for a enthusiastic, responsible leader who can take a product and ensure 10x growth. He/she will do so by understanding the pain points of the target segment, collaborate with them to get feedback to improve existing / create new products, work back with the product team to create the same, aimed at delivering the targets set for that product. The candidate will need to make a convincing case for new features / improving existing features and then ensure the targets envisaged are delivered with support of the product, marketing and customer retention team. Responsibilities: Be in complete sync with the requirements, pain points, aspirations of the target segment of the allotted products Ensure data based business cases for improvement of existing/creation of new features are prepared to present to different functions to onboard their support Be the single point of contact for ensuring success of the product Collaborate with product, marketing and customer retention team to execute as per agreed design Ensure key metrics of growth are profitably met Create regular reports for the management for review Basic Qualifications: Graduation from premium institutes with good business knowledge. 4-6 years of relevant work experience in growth/revenue roles preferably in the Financial Services industry. Reasonable technical skills, comfortable in understanding the integrations and interdependencies, using SQL queries. Ability to engage with all customer segments i.e. B2B (SME and MSME segment) and B2C Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Must have: Evidence of having worked with revenue growth targets in any space or role including but not limited to SME sector and entrepreneurship.Share CVhavya.jobsterritory@gmail.com
