Job Description

1.Consistently opening up of new leads through personal initiative, industry analysis identifying right contacts and contacting them either through cold calling, e-mails or social media and ensuring to get targeted leads. Maintaining a healthy pipeline, that would convert into business for the company and achieving the given targets. 2.Follow ups leads, coordinating with marketing support system, social media marketing (linkedin, bulk emails). 3.Attending Conferences (advance planning, focused / targeted sales in the conferences) 4.Coordination with research/engagement teams, customer relationship management and Payment follow ups 5.Contributing for the marketing collateral of TransGraph and social media presence 6.Updating the new leads opened and status of existing leads on a daily basis Desired Profile 3-7 years of work experience He/ She should be willing to travel extensively within the allocated territories and other locations as per the business requirement. Good networking skills with ability to proactively interact with unknown people in unknown territories and ability to develop and establish good relations with the same Good Microsoft Office skills Experience or exposure in markets related to palm oil/ rubber or any other commodity related business is an advantage. Experience in sales is a Must Growth and tenure Salary shall commensurate with experience and growth is directly proportional to organization s growth and your performance. Minimum committed service of 2 years (this is applicable to all employees who join the company) Looking for a long term relationship that will grow into senior management personnel in the company, driving the company s growth and in turn achieving their own career growth. ,
