Job Description

Job Description:- Handling a team of Tele Callers / Sales Executives, Social media, visiting vendors, doing B2B & B2C marketing.- Assigning jobs to his junior, allocation of area, Strategic Planning, Implementation, Advertising for public issues.- Responsibility for contacting and managing local marketing agencies.- Will create Standard Operating Procedures and policies for his team.- Increase total registered users while achieving lower Cost per Install (CPI).-Fast response and creative suggestions to his team.-Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses for digital marketing KPIs.-High awareness of current market trends in social networks and media.-Customer experience, Operations Management, B2B Sales, and Business Development.-Design and improve upon sales operations for each aspect to generate the revenue of the company.-Establishing sales goals to ensure the profitability of the brand.-Developing and executing sales plans to ensure the growth and profitability of a company.-Will assist and support the sales team in branding.-Will work collectively with internal staff and vendors for brand development.-Monitoring database of vendor/s registration.-Set and achieve strategic goals related to social media.-Will have a periodical review of vendors feedback from the team.-As a professional he will train a sales team as and when required.-Will encourage his team to get more vendor/s registration.-To perform the other/extra duties as per the Managements instruction.-Must be good in budget planning in the most cost-effective manner.Skills required:-Working at a senior level in companies that have mobile Apps like Zomato, Swiggy, Food Panda, Uber Eats, Box 8, and Book My Show.-Interested in the IT industry, start-ups, especially in digital marketing and business development.-Strong sense of creativity combined with research and analytical ability.Interested candidates can share their updated resume toplacement@quastech.in OR call on 8422800389
