Job Description

Dear Candidate,Were Opening forManager / Sr. Manager - Strategic PartnershipsRoles & Responsibilities :-

  • Identify and execute partnerships resulting in growth opportunities. Build growth and strategy for avenues outside to target right customer segment.
  • Reach out to potential partners ranging from various Associations, Corporates, Reseller, Overseas Partnerships, Banking & NBFCs and Generic Partnerships.
  • Develop and deliver a strong pipeline of strategic partners that are in line with business goals as well deliver the next level of growth for the Company.
  • Plan approaches, pitches and own all business metrics and growth for the Partnerships line of business
  • Assisting in drafting MOUs, contracts, partnership plans with respective partners
  • Guide product management to deliver the right programs with these partners - Building and maintaining relationships with key executives and decision makers in the partners organization, with a primary focus on business expansion
  • Build a scale in business development by collaborating with internal stakeholders (product, operations, marketing and legal teams) closely working with the management team towards conceptualizing and building the right product strategies
Skills:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in developing new, strong B2B partnerships with proven sales record
  • Proven track record of growing and scaling the B2B partnership channel for a company
  • Ability to thoroughly analyze business products and value proposition and put these into strategic thinking towards alliance & partnerships strategies
  • Data driven decision making, Excellent communication and negotiation skills and ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Skills allowing to self-manage and self-improve without a need of constant monitoring
  • Previous experience of establishing well-functioning and effective B2B partnership across industries and - outside-the-box- of usual alliace
