Roles and ResponsibilitiesDear, Keyskills : In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in one of the following areas:1. Physicochemical characterisation of proteins (CE, Mass spectrometry, U(H)PLC)2. Biological characterisation of proteins using cell-based bioassays and binding assays. (ELISA,SPR, FACS) Responsibilities : Manage a team (2-3) scientists for method development, qualification and to provideanalytical support for product development.Responsible for Method development, qualification and transfer to Quality Control (QC) tosupport lot release methodsResponsible for co-ordinating for outsourced analysis and characterization work.Evaluation and compliant documentation of experiments as well as compilation ofdevelopment plans and reports. Hands on experience of method development for proteins is essential.Good team player with sound troubleshooting skills ,
