Job Description

Company : A Leading E-Commerce Company Responsibilities : - Hands on experience in sourcing, screening, setting up interview, stakeholder management, dashboard reporting, etc.- Strong focus on building the Product, UIUX and support Analytics team.- End-to-end recruitment and selection process for all the roles including the de-briefs.- Partner with your assigned business unit and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.- Market study, benchmark and implement the best tech practices in Product, UIUX and Analytics teams.- Build a tech database of various roles- Participate in employer branding initiatives for these verticals in association with the stakeholders.- Work on the recruitment process automation- Track and maintain recruitment metrics for the requirements and the candidates (dashboards)- Team management (2-3 people) Required Candidate profile : - MBA in Human Resources/ MCA/ B.Tech- Exposure of working in high pressure, start-up environment- 8+ yrs years of tech hiring experience- Experience in e-commerce / internet industry is mandatory- High EQ and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated, diligent, responsive, resilient and can adapt to changes quickly.- Passion for tech hiring.,
