Job Description

    1. Cash Conservation by debtors management, both secured / unsecured and keep debtors under control in line with the budgeted targets
    2. Ensure zero defaults in the credit portfolio
    3. Bank Guarantee Management and Compliance with respect to internal policy, legal requirements, Stamp Act, Negotiable instrument act and guidelines of RBI
    4. Risk assessment of pan India automotive dealers by monthly risk rating of all dealers also take necessary steps for risk mitigation, ensuring financial discipline
    5. Reviewing credit and risk related policies/ process and suggest changes in credit & risk policies/ process in line with change in business dynamics
    6. Interest calculation on secured and unsecured overdue in accordance with the policy
    7. Drive Insurance Business and ensure coverage for new & renewal insurance business for enhanced dealer profitability and provide customer centric solutions
    8. Leverage IT systems for improving efficiency and accuracy of the function, Drive System Development and Enhancement Activities
    9. Digital integration by automating the manual work / processes and make sure meaningful data is available to stake holders for quick & informed decision making
    10. Conduct Stock Audits and report the findings as per requirement
    11. Close co-ordination with Sales Team, Commercial Team, Legal, Accounts, Corporate Finance, IT Team and other associated verticals
    12. Other incidental and allied activities
