Job Description

    Responsibilities
    • Possesses an awareness of industry standards, and keeps current on developments in Martech/Fintech and data and decision engine capabilities to create customer-centric targeting
    • Effectively prioritizes and delegates work. Evaluates and prioritizes line of business work and assists the business in maximizing their marketing needs. Sets a high standard for personal performance for their team.
    • Leverages the power of our brands, the innovation of our people, and transformational technologies to deliver acquisition, engagement, and servicing messages to best meet customer needs
    • Proactively anticipates issues and drives resolution, closes control gaps, updates all stakeholders to drive to closure.
    • Is viewed as a trusted advisor to clients and is often referred to as a subject matter expert in their respective processes and systems
    • Successfully manages tough conversations and situations, driving accountability.
    • Limited direct management needed, gathers information and resources to successfully complete the mission. Applies execution and strategy tactics with ease across all the processes and software in their purview.
    • Supports recruiting efforts to attract, hire, develop and retain top talent, while promoting an environment of equity and inclusiveness
    • Qualifications Minimum requirements
    • Generally, 7+ years of related experience in marketing, channel, or process improvement/transformation
    • Executive presence with presentation capabilities
    • Understanding of business P&L and marketing s contribution toward business growth
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
    • Bachelors degree required
    • Preferred / Complementary
    • Advanced degree
    • Requires advanced knowledge in a field related to customer insights and broad knowledge of multiple business disciplines
    • Understands and can lead Martech/Fintech changes with the business and technology.
    • Strong knowledge of process identification, finding efficiency, and understanding how and what to automate.
    • Applies skills to develop and integrate new research techniques and best practices
    • Management experience leading groups
