    About Client Manufacturer and Distributor of Home Cleaning Solutions __________________________________________________________________Position: Marketing Manager Brand & Category LeadLocation: MumbaiReporting To: Marketing DirectorCriteria: MBA(Marketing) with 8+ Years of Experience into Brand and Category Marketing.Skills and Knowledge:

    Job Purpose:
    • Responsible for the development & performance of the product category i.e., Turnover/ profitability etc. Ensure that the brand promise is maintained & that the brand stays true to its values & positioning.
    • Build and execute strategy to engage consumers on & Digital. Is the custodian for brand and ensure consistency in brand communication on digital advertising, social media, website, email and e-commerce.
    • In addition, Lead Social Media platforms management as well as SEO and Influencers strategies. The role will promote the brand values, creative ideas and content strategy in the digital marketing and social media channels in order to support the company business goals and strong growth plans.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Plan and execute annual business plan for the given product category.
    • Design suitable marketing activities budget in the given marketing budget at optimal pay-out Liaison with Creative agency to work marketing communication
    • Monitor and analyse the category development plan continuous basis and come up withcorrective actions considering the present market scenario.
    • Develop New Product brief, based on consumer insights, price / product gap.
    • Implement new product launches, maximizing international synergies.
    • Track all media platforms, search platforms (Google, Youtube, Amazon) and campaign analytics from our brand and competition for agile improvement and adaptations of future campaigns ensuring KPIs are met and ROI is achieved needs to be include.
    • Develop Customer selling stories (both national and account specific) and coordinate Customers line reviews to help drive top line sales, awareness, and trial of products for customer shelf sets for e-commerce
    • 60% of activities this person will understand will be focused on brand strategy and 40% will be digital.

    Additional Responsibilities:
    • Generate consumer insights by leading research, HH/store visits. Become the sole custodian of driving all quantitative and qualitative research output.
    • Liaison with market research agencies and support in identifying the right proposal and methodology for the project.
    • Overall TV media management by liaising with media agency. Ensuring we achieve overall media KPIs on TV and constantly look at innovative ways of bringing up brand awareness on TV Identify opportunities for increased sales and profit, short and long term. Implement effective support plans.
    • Be the voice of the category: Input the needs & standpoints into the international product & communication development.
    • Provide direction on messaging and tone when corresponding with consumers via email, phone, and social media to ensure a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
