    Hi!!Greetings From MNR SolutionsHiring for BTL Marketing Manager for Healthcare Sector in MumbaiJob Location- MumbaiExperience 3-6 YearsIndustry Preferences-Healthcare & HospitalCTC Upto- 9-10 LPAAbout the role :We are looking for a talented BTL specialist to provide result-oriented advertising and marketing activities to achieve sustainable business growth through market intelligence and creativity.RESPONSIBILITY:- Plan & manage all periodic ground activations & promotions.- Control events including preparation and performing events & activations.- Planning and executing all BTL activities - Events ( conferences, seminars), promotions and brand/service placement.- Planning and innovating new marketing initiatives on a regular interval to create a brand recall and awareness (At Pharmacies, Clinics etc.)- Monitoring market activities in the healthcare sector- Responsible for setting up a strong network of vendors/agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective regions- Responsible for brand building among Healthcare strategic partners (Doctor Engagement etc.)- Reporting related to identification of activity/ location shortlisting/walk-ins & success of any activation campaign.- Lead the regional/ local teams, understand challenges and resolve issues.REQUIREMENTS:- 3-6 years of working experience in a similar role- Having a creative and innovative approach, always looking for revolutionary ways to grab the attention of potential customers- Energetic, versatile, and a creative problem-solver- A flexible individual with the ability to multitask, exercise initiative and pay strong attention to detail- Good negotiation skills- People handling expertise & good in communication
