Job Description

    • Ideating and conceptualizing the launch of products through digital and offline medium
    • Online launch schemes,social media launch and follow-up strategy for new products
    Social Media
    • Monthly Social Media Calendar Planning
    • Designing campaigns relevant to the month,integrating with the companys communication
    • Strategizing the reposts and reshares with thei nfluencers and athletes
    • Building strategy for various elements for maximum engagement and traction
    • Campaign designing for various alliances with the eagues and teams
    • Evaluating and monitoring monthly social media report
    • Monitoring the engagement,Reach,Impressions and overall account health for social media platforms
    • Strategizing and Identifying the right Influencer which is fit for the campaign and generating content
    Performance Marketing
    • Monthly Planning of campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads with Performance Marketing Agency
    • Targeted audience selection and communication
    • Planning and strategizing schemes for performance marketing
    • Monitoring Sales Vs Spends for performance Marketing
    • Monitor SEO/SEM,marketing and sales performance metrics
    • Analysing web traffic and boosting web pages
    • Strategizing Sales points of TOF,MOF & BOF audiences
    • Discount strategy planning for generating sales on varied platforms
    Aggregator Platforms/Market Place Strategy
    • Product listing,optimizing and generating sales for various platforms like Amazon, Flipkart,Nykaa etc
    • Pricing strategy for each platform based on the target audiences
    • Identifying new potential platform and getting relevant products listed
    • Strategizing campaigns and planning for sales
    Modern Trade & Trade Channels
    • Planning for the Communication and training for the Sales Personnel
    • Strategically integrating the reach of Modern Trade & Trade channels
    • Designing MT collaterals like POS,FSU,Posters,Banners,Booklets etc within the Brand language for Modern Trade channels & other Trade Channels
    • Developing consumer relevant content collaterals for Modern trade & Trade channel
    • Strategizing schemes with the MT marketing teams for generating primary sales
    Website
    • Ideating the entire new website for the theme and functionality
    • Developing the idea board for the website flow,pages,relevant content
    • Photoshoot for products and athletes
    • Story boarding and website content mapping for the new Website in terms of user experience and beautification
    • Ideation and implementation of the offers for the Website and regular update for Content and New banners
    Brand Language
    • Defining and designing the Brandl anguage,Brand philosophy and Ideology with the Agency
    • Integrating Marketing,Sales,Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency
    Brand Content
    • Creating content such as articles,emailers,social media posts etc. conducive to the brand image of a company along with the experts
    • Creating a communications strategy within the Brand
    • Handling customer support activities for the company,such as answering customer queries,replying to online reviews etc.
    • Overseeing that the communication policies of a brand are being implemented properly
    • Supervising the communication for the PR activities of the company
    Brand Communication
    • Drafting the articles,ad copies and content for various platforms like magazines,press release,digital ads
    • Ideating the taglines,punchlines for various campaigns digital,offline
    STRATEGIC ALLAINCESCONTENT CREATION
    • Ideating Content for the Brand which can be used for Multiple channels like Social Media,Television platform,Modern Trades etc
    • Shareable,consumable content
    • Content in the form of videos,photos,posters,banners,social media posts and more such on spot content for Brand and around the brand for reach out
    • Expert content for various platforms for Building brands
    • Presentation deck for various verticles,sales team,distributor deck etc
    Requirements
    • Must have FMCG/OTC D2C Marketing Experience
    • Must have Expertise with D2C (E-commerce) Marketing with experience of go-to-market strategy & successful launches of D2C products
    • Proven experience of leading Marketing team
    • The candidate needs to have orientation to work in a fast-growing company with quick thinking and decision-making capabilities.
    • Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills
