Job Description

    The Marketing Specialist/Supervisor is responsible for driving the Marketing Operations at a regional/local level. He will closely work with the India & ANZ team to support the ANZ team in planning and executing the marketing initiatives.Marketing Operations and Project Management
    • Build targeted Local Marketing Programs to promote our local Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing Programs.
    • Manage and ensure seamless execution of our Global and Local Marketing Campaigns.
    • Responsible for branding initiatives and marketing events and ensuring that all marketing materials and messaging are aligned with Global branding standards.
    • Serve as the point of contact for Marketing and Communications in the cluster.
    • Assist the Marketing/Social Media team in business support and operations, i.e., content requirements, photo, and video/photo talents.
    • Work closely with the clusters leadership team to provide valuable insights and tactics for marketing and communications needs.
    • Publish weekly/monthly reports.
    • Closely coordinate between the internal stakeholders for India & ANZ region.
    • He/she should be a good content writer to publish the articles on the intranet.
    • Manage end-to-end engagement of various suppliers tapped for marketing activities.
    • Should be flexible enough in terms of timing.
