Job Description

    Dear Candidate,We are Hiring for MARKETPLACE MANAGERRoles & Responsibilties :-Location- MumbaiRoles and ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Manage the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operationsDevelop time and action calendars with processes and procedures to ensure actionsare successfully completed.Execute timely and accurate transfer for fulfillment of Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBF andDropship, interaction, and partnering with Customer Service and WarehouseFulfillmentMonitor and report on Marketplace performance metrics, sales, competitive listings,and pricing. Assist in the collection and distribution of historical sales dataConduct daily, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal sales reporting; provide sellingrecapsMonitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment considering weeks of supplyUpdate replenishment reporting to SKU level on a weekly basisSet and modify Ecommerce demand channel initial replenishment settings to achievesales and inventory plansAssist on quarterly buy execution to the SKU levelMaintained assortment roadmap by SKU on a weekly basisCompetitor research analysisMonitor marketing execution, traffic, and ad performance. Liaison to ensure the rightproduct and the right copy is being usedPartner with the Customer Service team to create a positive user experience andcultivate positive reviewsAdhere to company process and meet deadlines in a timely manner.E-commerce Marketplace Manager Qualifications:1-2+ years of hands-on E-commerce experienceExperience marketplace handling are a plusUnderstanding of E-commerce marketing and digital sales drivers with marketplaceand channel advisorsDemonstrated understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting,and content management systems and processesSelf-motivated and able to work independently with demonstrated entrepreneurialinitiative, as well as able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment withchanging prioritiesStrong project management skillsBasic understanding of warehouse operationsStrong analytical skills and a clear understanding of retail mathRegards,Team HR
