We primarily serve the coatings, plastics, inks and cosmetics markets.Designation: Finance & Account ManagerLocation: Goregaon MumbaiGender: Male/FemaleQualification: CAExperience: 5 years of experience (Fund Management)Salary Range: 15 LacObjective: Financial ManagementOverseeing Budgetary planning/ reviewing, analysis and highlighting actual or anticipatedvariances from budget.Monitoring Cash flow on the operations of the company to review the cash position and forecastof funds required for Operating & Capital expenses monthly and quarterly.Responsible for generating Management Information Reports for monitoring movement of keybusiness indicators viz. Debtors control & Fund Flow management, Product & Projectprofitability to facilitate decision making process by the Top Management.Fund ManagementStreamlining Fund Management by ensuring Financial Discipline & better utilisation of resources.Relationship Management with Banks & Financial Institutions for negotiating term loan, workingcapital arrangement & higher credit limits and foreign exchange transactions.Making profitability statements for sanctioning of loans from Banks & Financial Institutions.Accounts/ Audit /SecretarialManaging overall accounting functions including preparation of Annual Accounts of GroupCompanies.Reconciliation & consolidation of accounts & ensuring compliance with accounting standards.Verification of operational efficiency levels & recommending cost control measures forimprovement in bottomline performance.Conducting aging analysis for creditors and debtors and managing payments and receivables.Coordinating with the auditors for monthly/quarterly/Statutory/ Internal/ Stock audit andfinalisation of accounts within time bound schedules.Designing internal controls and systems & quality audit checks for various accounts.Proper maintenance of documents and ensuring compliance with Companies Act .Systems DevelopmentStreamlining accounting processes by introduction of computerised packages.Evolving systems, procedures and policies commensurate with the requirements.Conceptualising and implementing MIS to provide information to the management.Taxation / ComplianceAssessment & compliance under Income Tax & Sales Tax including Advance Tax planning.Ensuring timely submission of statutory returns of Income Tax,Sales Tax,Central Excise, PF,ESI..Kindly send us your updated CV on hidden_email or call me hidden_mobile with below mention details.Current & Expected CTC and Notice PeriodKindly refer your friends / colleagues who are looking out for job change.Regards,Sunita Prasad,
