Job Description

    Job Profile :-Roles & Responsibilities :
    • Provide strategic insights based on current and historical data, drive out waste and improve system Performance;
    • Prepare the Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly Review Reports based on the Revenue data, Insights from Sales, Marketing etc in Excel, Power point etc
    • Support to Business Head to get the insights on Business performance.
    • Maintain the MIS Reports with the help of Project Execution team, Marketing Team and Strategy team
    • Need to be strong and capable of handling, compiling and analyzing data (numbers) received from multiple counterparts
    • Need to be strong at database management
    • Capability to identify and improves MIS and related processes Skills & Experience Required:
    • 7+ years of Media Experience in Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent
    • Excellent planning and organizational skills, analytical skills, stakeholder management skills
    • Strong relationship management skills, Strong communication and collaboration skills, Results-oriented, high energy, self-motivated
    • Ability to learn the business aspects quickly & ability to provide analytical insights to sales team
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize between projects/tasks
    • Expert in Adv. Excel, Power points, MS Office, Data Interpretation skills etc. Power BI, Power Query, SQL, Macros will be an added advantage.
    • Strong Communication skill to coordinate amongst multiple department / divisions Finance, Marketing, Sales, Programming, Operations etc
