Manager.Qualification: Any Graduate/MBA Marketing.Experience: 5-12 Yrs.Package : 8-10 LPA.Industry : Freight Forwarding & Logistics.Job Location: Pune & Mumbai.JOB PROFILE/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for overall business development Freight forwarding Air and Sea. Generating regular leads for various Products/division(Pharma/Engineering/Textil/RMG/Retail/Consumer Goods). Generation of Inbound and Outbound air and sea cargo from various origins anddifferent destinations. Meeting new and existing clients in designated area, understanding their logisticsneeds and then provide a complete cost- effective solution of their requirements. Support sales team in business growth by regularly visiting existing and newcustomers and targeting their cross functional business. Monthly/Quarterly reviews with customer to gain confidence/ volumes. Coordination with sales support staff and customer -support departments to ensurebest of the services to the customers. To ensure timely collection of payments from the customers. Ensure all the billing files are timely shared with Accounts team and support incollection of overdue o/s payments by following up with customers. Act as front end to all the customer issues and ensure regular operational supportfor all the business handled. Generate MIS as per the business need for the customer and Management. Liaison with overseas office and seeking their support for important customers. In addition to freight forwarding, selling all other products i.e. Export/Imports(Custom Clearance), warehousing, transport etc SKILLS: Strong solution selling traits Strong communication and presentation skills Strong analytical approach High level of integrity Ability to deliver in face of ambitious deadlines.
