Job Description

    Want to be a part of our team Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems.Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Reports design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training. Provides support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature. Working at NTT
    • Candidate should have 2 years of experience in Storage technologies like SAN & NAS, RAID concepts, Multipathing preferably on administration
    • Health check monitoring and reporting.
    • Should have basic knowledge on VMware Storage like VSphere or similar platforms like vROps, vRA
    • Should have basic knowledge of Vmware virtualization like ESXi Server and Vcenter for Host integration, LUN provisioning using ISCSI, FC, NFS
    • Should have good knowledge of OS like Windows 2008/2012, RHEL,
    • Should have good knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Active Directory
    • Should have good knowledge on VMware Site Recovery
    • Should have good understanding of ITIL process
    • Quick learning and problem solving skills would be required
    Qualification: Diploma / Any Graduate / EngineeringDesired Experience:Min 2 years IT experience into virtual cloud management Certification: VCE/VCP/DCV Certification/ Preferred Red Hat certified specialistKnowledge, skills, and abilities required:Must be a pleasing personality with effective spoken and written communication in English and well in documentation.
