Job Description

    • Operating Systems: Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2010
    • RDBMS: MS SQL Server 2014
    • Tools: SSIS, SSRS, Crystal Reports, Power BI
    • Version Control Tool: GIT
    Job responsibilities
    1. Involved in optimizing the existing queries using estimated execution plan also by analyzing the query, size of the data, and indexes used.
    2. Involved in creating SSIS package to implement ETL process to load fact and dimension table.
    3. Involved in scheduling the ETL package at the desired frequencies using SQL server agent jobs
    4. Involved in fixing the data issue by backtracking the logic for any jobs created through SSIS package or the query used the job.
    5. Created SSRS packages for the better view of the data to the customer.
    6. Created tabular, matrix reports with and without parameters using SSRS.
    7. Created report subscription to send reports via mails by scheduling the reports
    8. Developed power BI reports and dashboards from multiple data sources using data blending
    9. Involved in creating dax queries to generate commutated columns in power BI
    10. Involved in creating computed tables using dax in power BI
