Job Description

    Your Team responsibilities :Key support in financial analysis & operations for Investment finance & performance measurement. Candidate will be part of FP&A team which is involved in tracking investments, building controls & enhancing transparency around Investment processes. Your key responsibilities :- Create financial / Business analysis on a pro-active basis. Summarize conclusions and provide key takeaways to business units, corporate finance, and senior management.- Working on various management decks like board plan and QBR.- Ad-hoc Financial analysis and handling queries on reports delivered.- Should possess strong FP&A skillset to provide support on Budget & Forecast processes & handling queries. - Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of the divisions performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan- Develop and generate financial reports, both routine and ad-hoc and will be responsible for automation of current processes- Prepare business plans, including annual operating plans, periodic forecasts, strategic plans, and product introduction financial plans.- Driving standardization & automation (especially through Power BI) of existing reports across various Segments/Functions.- Development of new reports on (Power BI) BI Tool (including liaising with Corporate Finance IT) based on teams requirements & presenting and obtaining buy-in from end users for rollout.- Should be excellent with MS Excel, Power BI, MS Access, PPT & other tools - Your skills and experience that will help you excel- 6-8 years experience in a similar role- Bachelors required, MBA or Masters Degree preferred- Strong finance experience in a professional business environment is ideal- Accounting/FPA experience gained in both the public and private sectors- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Access, Power BI, Word & PowerPoint- Demonstrated proficiency in providing accurate and detailed financial analysis in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment- Good communication and presentation skills- Demonstrated Stakeholder Management skills- Proactive individual who should take initiative with an analytical bent of mindHow well support you :- Coaching and support from experts in your team- A performance and growth-oriented culture and values- Opportunities for continuous learning to aid progression- Goal based objectives and development plans- Transparent performance-based compensation schemes- Employee resource groups such as the Womens Leadership Forum, MSCIPRIDE, Black Leadership Network and Eco-Groups.About MSCI and our teams:MSCI is a market leader in Global Indexes, Smart Beta, ESG and Risk Management, and is at the forefront of the secular trends dominating the financial services landscape today.
