It supports development, enhancement, and operation of effective Technology and Information Security management and governance processes within the firm. The primary focus is establishing a standard, firmwide platform configuration management practice but will expand over time to cover other practices as dictated by firm priorities. Responsibilities will include: * Platform Configuration Management ** Identification, classification of minimum standards, procedures and scope ** Establishment of appropriate governance with platform leads and CDRR ** Demonstrable authoritative sources of security baselines with oversight/ tracking ** Support E*TRADE in closure of Internal Audit control gap for configuration management ** Support firmwide standardization and improvement configuration management practices, *Required:* Educated to degree level* Good oral and written communication skills, as the role involves interaction with management across Technology organizations* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Accurate and delivery focused mindset with good attention for detail* Proficiency in MS Office and related applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Project)Desired:* Comfortable working with ambiguity, managing and resolving complex issues* Project / Program Management experience* Exposure to infrastructure technologies and platforms at scale, along with associated controls and methods* Risk related experience preferably within Information Technology* Experience within the Financial Services industry
