Job description: Partner with stakeholders across all Corporate Functions to advise, create, and deploy end-to-end analytics solutions, enabling business reporting automation and innovation Understand business challenges and provide conceptual design, develop and deliver analytics solutions Describe business requirement, interpret business data requirements successfully into analytics use cases Use data engineering methodologies to design data model, utilizing analytics visualization tools (Qlik, Power BI) to help organization teams produce descriptive analytics to meet business needs by loading, managing, sorting and filtering data as well as extracting meaningful and insightful value from it Prototype, scale & develop innovative predictive analytics solutions using applied intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML) to optimize business performance across functions Stay abreast of AI/ML technologies, academic researches & hands-on techniques Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and people skills, and make appropriate escalations where needed Job Qualifications Basic Qualifications: College degree or above in computer science, statistics or analytics related subject. Minimum 2 years of experience in reporting and analytics project delivery. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in data visualization (e.g. PowerBI, Qlikview), data science (R, Python), and Cloud - preferably Google Cloud Platform Professional Skill Requirements: Proven data analytical problem-solving skills and interpretation Experiences in data science technologies (e.g. Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik) Experience of developing & implementing AI/ML models, including professional experience with recommender engine, natural language processing, optimization & operational research, computer vision and deep & classical machine learning Storytelling skills with data and communicating findings to a non-technical audience, experience in UI/UX design/ design thinking methodology and prototyping tools (e.g. Adobe XD) will be an asset Experience working on cloud platform such as GCP and knowledge of data queries Big Query, Dataflow, Pub/Sub will be an asset Experience in Agile project management, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment and post go-live incident management using standard methodology Strong communication and negotiation, ability to collaborate with virtual teams Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the different time zones, ability to work collaboratively with diverse remote teams Ability to work with Executive Leadership and deliver under tight timelines, sense of prioritization Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in professional setting; either military or civilian,
