Job Description

    RPA support Admin is responsible for monitoring BOTs running in production and provide L1 support and change request handling as per defined scope and SLA. Roles & Responsibilities: Monitor automated processes to ensure successful execution of transactions as per defined schedules / business rules: Schedule & Execute Bots as per the business requirements Monitor bot performance through Interactive Client. Application password expiry and reset management. Generating periodic & EOD reports on Bot performance / exceptions. Follow escalation protocols as per the matrix defined Categorization of issues & allocation of issues to relevant team Provision of Audit & Transaction logs BOT Configuration: Environment variable addition/delete/change Updating/Replacing process configuration file having process specific information to run the process Collaborating & informing Customer IT SPOC on application related issues Co-ordinate & follow up with UiPath team for any RPA Product issues Bot Script level Troubleshooting and bug fixing Code level improvements and standardization of existing RPA code. The quantum of work and support required for this activity will depend on the time and effort available within the shift timings. Support in RPA Product version upgradation. Minimum 3 year of RPA Development/support experience Good knowledge on RPA control room features like Credential management, BOT scheduling and monitoring Should have good analytical skills to identify root cause for the issue and be able to provide quick fixes, workaround for any BOT failures Should be flexible to work on night shifts as well,
