  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Good exposure to migrate volume from 7-mode to C-mode NetApp 2 Expertise in setting up and managing the snap mirror and snap vault relationships 3 Experience on DR drill 4 Hands on experience in LIF management 5 Hands on experience on migration tool like 7-MMT would be preferable
      • Technical Experience : 1 Experience on DATA ONTAP upgrades, Disk firmware upgrade, Shelf upgrade, DQP and RLM/SP upgrade 2 Good experience in NetApp tools like DFM, OCUM, OCI, ADE and Active IQ 3 Hands on experience in CIFS shares and NFS exports creation and troubleshooting access related issues 4 Should have excellent understanding of SAN and NAS protocols like ISCSI, FCP, NFS and CIFS 5 Exposure to backup tools, specifically NetBackup and Backup Exec would be added advantage
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Knowledge on scripting would be added advantage 2 Should support 24x7x365 environment 3 Excellent communications skill
      • Educational Qualification : 1 Bachelors degree
