IT or any (IT Diploma Holder Course Certified would be additional to understand the IT Terminology well) Graduate along with PGDM/MBA, PG in HR from reputed institute/ PG Appearing candidate also considerable . Experience:- More than 1 year of experience in HR IT Domain Recruitment Should have experience into end-to-end IT Recruitment/Technical Recruitment from Staffing/consulting. Experience: 1-4 Yrs. Job Nature:- Full TimeWorking Days:- Monday to Saturday (09.30am to 6.30pm) excluding 02nd & 4th Saturdays & all Sundays.Salary: 15-25kRoles and Responsibilities: Handle requirements for Domestic & International clients. End to end recruitment activities include sourcing profiles, screening the profiles, scheduling the interviews, calling, and mailing the feedback to the candidates, negotiation of the pay package. Analyze the requirements to understand clients IT resource need and deliver qualified candidates/consultants with a minimum turnaround time. Research the market for potential resources through the strong sourcing Source & Screen candidates from various sources like Job Portals, Professional Networking websites & internal database of company. Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises. Maintain Candidate/Vendor relations. Handle Interviews, Closures & On Boarding Process. Targets for recruitments.Desired Candidate Profile: Looking for stable resources who are looking for a long-term opportunity. Candidate with prior experience in UK/Europe/Domestic IT Staffing Ability to work under pressure. Skills: Leadership qualities Excellent communication and negotiation, convincing skills required.
