Client Company setup in 1989, is an international management consulting firm that advises clients across the world on strategy, business transformation and innovation.To be performed in the absence of the Infrastructure Administrator JOB DESCRIPTION: Work in collaboration with the consulting staff and teams to create high quality corporate presentations maintaining company standards in terms of consistency, accuracy, corporate identity, tight deadlines and best-in-class layouts to demonstrate unique & visually appealing presentations Handling calls, post and e-mails Fixing meetings / appointments Coordinating the Directors guest visits Staff Welfare- Independently organize infrastructure and food for meetings, guests and staff welfare Handle boardroom/ conference room bookings Handling office communication (courier) Supervising housekeeping staff for running errands Other activities related to admin and infrastructure that may arise from time to timeChartist with good presentation skills in PPT and photoshop. Computer literacy including MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel Good communication skills Hands-on person People skills should be able to deal with vendors and consultants.
