Job Description

    We are looking out for candidates who have experience in accounting transactions,mutual fund operation, banking transaction is mutual fund company.Who can assist the team in reconciliation workJob Designation: Officer-OperationJob Location: Mumbai(Andheri E)Below is a list of the key responsibilities of the Officer Operations. This list is not exhaustive and be may adapted by the company from time to time as and when required.-To carry out the daily mid office operations of the Mutual Fund smoothly and constantly endeavor to improve existing processes.-Effectively manage responsibilities related to daily cash flow preparation & management, support to Fund Managers & Dealers, Securities holding reconciliations, Equity & Debt deal settlements, implementation of risk management framework and reporting.-Timely deduction & payment of statutory obligations such as Income Tax, Service Tax, Works Contract Tax, Securities Transaction Tax, etc. of Mutual Fund Schemes.-Efficient management of outsourced service providers Professional clearing member, data providing vendors, valuation providers.-Reviewing Bank reconciliations for Operating, subscription, redemption, dividend and any other Mutual Fund / Scheme bank accounts.-Coordinate for various internal, statutory and any other audits and ensure clean Audit reports.-Focus on efficiency and incident free operational environment. Minimize errors and institutionalized controls that can be easily demonstrated.-Preparing and getting audited by internal auditors Compliance reports and disclosures as per SEBI.-Expenses payments.-Understands, follows and demonstrates compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which the jobholder is involved, specifically Internal Controls and any Compliance policy including, inter alia, the Group Compliance policy.Qualification : Graduate(mandatory)Experience : At least 1 year of doing similar role in a Financial institutionSkills : Good in MS Excel; should be able to communicate wellCTC : As per company standardsInterested candidates please send your updated resume at hidden_email or can reach me directly at hidden_mobileRegards,Preeti ChouhanHR RecruiterPES HR Serviceshidden_mobile
