Job Description

*Business FunctionTechnology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Banks operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Job PurposeTo ensure smooth and error free functioning of Treasury OperationsKey Responsibilities

  • Assisting dealer s swiftly with processing of Interbank / Merchant Foreign Exchange trades.
  • Ensuring all foreign exchange trades are reconciled with the source system on which T&M concludes the trades.
  • Ensuring trades executed through brokers are supported with correct contract notes by end of the business day.
  • As a part of regulatory requirement, timely reporting of foreign exchange trades concluded to The Clearing Corporation of India.
  • Responding and resolving queries raised by concurrent auditors. Providing them with all the reports necessary for smooth audit on an ongoing basis.
  • Monitoring the Nostro reconciliation published by Control s unit, and clearing the unreconciled entries tagged to the department.
  • Prepare various MIS for Management
  • Preparation of brokerage information and payment monthly for onward submission to HOD.
  • Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support STP and digital strategy for the Bank.
  • Standardization, implementation, and regular updating of SOPs / Workflow for the department to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations
  • Support ongoing projects & digital initiatives of the Bank.
Requirements
  • 2 To 3 years of relevant experience in Treasury & Markets Operations
  • Product and working knowledge of different Treasury Products and operations.
  • Basic knowledge of prevailing regulations pertaining to Interbank FX & Merchant FX
  • A team-player, able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Good command over Ms Excel
  • Graduation Degree. Professional qualifications like MBA(Finance) or FRM would be added advantage.
