Job Location: Mumbai (Vile Parle)Educational Qualification:Any Graduate/MBAExperience: 2+ years.Work Remotely: Due to COVID-19(Interim)Working Days: Monday to Friday***********************************************************************************************************************************POSITION AVAILABLE: Inside Sales Executive - Mumbai (Vile Parle)We are looking for dedicated, confident individuals and energeticTele Sales who can talk, multi-task and are eager to learn.Position Requirements.Lead generation, cold calling, fixing appointments via emails and calls.Data collation of prospective clients Have thorough knowledge and understanding of the projects budgets (cost out) document in order to assist in making accurate cost calculationsCommunicate with Business Development teams in other offices where necessary to gather global pricing.Prepare documents related to a formal bidding process and prepare, follow up on agreements.Analyze client needs and key drivers (in collaboration with BD management and Client Services and operations when necessary)Maintain sales tracker for weekly update and generate sales reportsManage internal systems on Business development perspective.Work in collaboration with marketing to create social media initiatives that facilitate salesUnderstand the system & assist in pitching pilot programsCompetition Analysis, Benchmark studies & white paperanalysis Prepare Client presentations and attend client meetings if requiredOther duties as assignedAssociated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:2 -5 years experience in Client Services, Business Development or Sale.Customer Experience Research/Mystery Shop Industry experience preferredCompetency Skills:Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel and Power PointAbility to sell a service and to interact with clients and at all levels of the organization by email or phone in a professional mannerStrong verbal and written communication skills required; ability to listen, ask for clarification, and accept feedback. Ability to communicate professionally over the phone and through emailAbility to persuade prospect client for meetings/appointmentsShould be able to manage multiple projects at different stages in a deadline-driven environmentAnalyse dataStrong interpersonal skills, extrovert and socialReports to General Manager
