Job Description and skills:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • FTE and CWR New Hire documentation
  • Preparation of confirmation letters
  • Uploading of scanned documents in documentum tool
  • Collection of documents for exit employees
  • Printing of Offer Letters
  • Ability to multi task, Prioritization of work
  • Analytical skills with attention to details and accuracy
  • Flexibility (Openness to Change) - Adapts effectively to changing plans and priorities; is open and flexible when faced with changing circumstances.
1.The candidate will be working 80% from office and 20% work from home2.Since it is an 80% work from office, the candidate must be fully vaccinated3.The role is going to involve a lot of filling and paper work, hence the candidate must be comfortable with that4.Candidate must be an immediate joinee or maximum of notice period of a week will work.Position Specifications
