Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Understand application programming interface (API) development and scripts maintenance.
    • Perform test automation utilizing testing tools such Selenium, QTP, and RFT.
    • Work closely with development teams to understand upcoming workflows, write new scripts for automation testing and resolve issues with broken scripts.
    • Develop and execute a complete automation test strategy for assigned products and features including verification of functionality, performance, security and scalability.
    • Communicate QA results, risks and project status to QA Supervisor, QA Manager and/or team members.
    • Continuously streamline and improve the testing life cycle to ensure test planning, execution, and reporting are effective, agile, and coordinated
    • Interact closely with developers offering suggestions and ideas for improving the quality of products.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • Bachelors degree
    • Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience as a QA Engineer.
    • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Selenium-based test automation frameworks.
    • Knowledge in C# coding for Selenium-based test automation frameworks
    • Good understanding of OOPS concepts.
    • Strong hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, QTP, and RFT
    • Experience testing APIs and web services.
    • Ability to handle testing of multiple releases with multiple dependencies.
    • Success as a lead for the planning and delivery of automation test coverage.
    • Experience with Continuous Quality Control through automated testing in support of Continuous Integration.
