Job Description

    Job description
    • Plan, execute, and manage our paid media campaigns to ensure that were driving qualified traffic, lead conversion, optimization, and ROI analysis.
    • Contributes to the development of media strategy and retargeting strategies, across all channels such as display, video, search, social, programmatic, connected TV, etc.
    • Optimize media mix to drive maximum growth of website users while remaining focused on performance and key KPIs (CTRs, conversion rates, and cost-per-lead metrics).
    • Monitor campaign performance and conduct A/B testing across all paid media channels to ensure it is pacing well relative to budgets and targets.
    • Build campaign reports and dashboards using visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio or PowerBI.
    • Set up event and conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager.
    • Monitor and drive lead routing process to ensure timely lead follow-up.
    • Work with cross-functional teams (creative, web, social etc.) to build integrated media plan in support of key campaign launches.
