Job Description

    • Roles & Responsibilities
      • Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
      • Manage certain time-bound processes and ensure validation of data
      • Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
      • Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll
      • Ensure that compensation practices are compliant with current laws and regulations
      • Develop, maintain, and administer various HR reports.
      • Leading automation of current processes and other improvements.
      • Maintaining Leave and Attendance records
      • Creation of employee profiles in HRMS and making changes as and when required
      • Creating Salary Structures and letters for the concerned managers and employees
      • Strong knowledge of compliances like PF, ESIC, TDS, Labour Compliance, P. Tax, Bonus Act, KYC, LWF, etc., and ensure compliance and renewal of licenses under various Labor laws.
      • PF, ESIC registration of Employee
      • Handling employee grievances related to Attendance, Leave EPF & ESIC and Payroll
      • Statutory Compliance Audit
      • Timely calculation of full and final and share it with the concerned team for disbursal
      • Preparation of employee data for appraisal
      • Other administrative assignments as & when required Roles and Responsibilities
      Role Requirements
      • Good understanding of payroll process, internal audit, taxation, and compliances.
      • Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations
      • Hands-on experience with MS Office suite especially MS Excel
      • People-oriented and results-driven
      • Knowledge of MIS, HR systems and databases
      Desired Profile & Skill Set
      • Under Graduate/ Graduate
      • Overall experience: minimum 3 years in Payroll & Compliance
      • Strong Relationship Development skills
