Job Description

    As part of Risk Management and Compliance (RM&C) team you are at the center of keeping JPMorgan Chase strong and resilient. You help the firm grow its business in a responsible way by anticipating new & emerging risks and using your expert judgement to solve real-world challenges that impact our company, customers and communities. Our culture in RM&C is all about thinking outside the box, challenging the status quo and striving to be best-in-class.The Risk Projects and Solutions Team supports the firm s Chief Risk Officer and Risk Management and Compliance Chief Financial Office in running a world-class organization through sound governance practices and impactful content, disciplined project and solutions delivery, business management services and ongoing development of strategic initiatives. As a Pega developer you will play an important role in the Intelligent Automation (IA) Centre of Excellence (CoE), providing quick-to-market solutions. You will create Low Code workflows using Pega. You will work collaboratively as part of a team and help drive education to the wider RM&C organization to enable Pega citizen development.Job responsibilities
    • Able to build sustainable Citizen Developer workflows in Pega to solve business challenges using both App and DevStudio
    • Partner with Risk Management & Compliance business partners as a trusted advisor, providing a best-in-class consulting and advisory service where applicable
    • Analyze business process and solve business challenges through process improvement
    • Demo and showcase new apps, features and modules educating citizen developers how they can be best incorporated into workflow solutions
    • Work in a hybrid environment (60% office / 40% remote) taking advantage of in-office collaboration while enjoying the flexibility to work remote
    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
    • Certified Pega System Architect 8.6 or later
    • Experience developing Low Code solutions using Pega
    • Proficient in agile delivery
    • Strong communication skills; ability to collaborate with both technology and business users
    • Ability to articulate technical and complex topics in a clear concise manner to non-technical users
    • Comfortable presenting solution demos and walkthroughs to a large audience, handling live questions and challenges and telling a story from business problem to solution proposal
    • Experience working with stakeholders and/or clients; managing relationships, demonstrating good time management, and influencing senior management
    Preferred qualification, capabilities and skills
    • Familiarity with agile and scrum
    • Familiar in UX design and design thinking
    • Experience with Jira, Confluence and Bit bucket
