Job Description

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesOrganisational Effectiveness
    • To assist evaluation of current org. structures & manpower basis the business plans and optimise them to drive efficiencies through in-depth understanding of Business Models, Value Chain & Org. structures for Network 18 & competition.
    • To assist creation of new org. structures for New Business Launch & during revision of current org. structures
    • Work through HR Business partners to create, validate and update Job descriptions of all key roles across levels and job families along with HR Partner team
    • Manage Unique Job Role Dictionary along with creation of new Job roles.
    Performance Management
    • Maintain the performance management culture across the organisation by monitoring robust, consistent and transparent balanced scorecard framework in line with the organisational strategy goals and values.
    • Plan and execute key performance processes i.e. Goal setting, Mid-year feedback and Annual Appraisal and Promotion process within the planned timelines in coherence with Network 18 Performance Management Philosophy on HRM System
    • Provide consistent support and advice key stakeholders on the process and ensure in depth understanding of the same to all employees within the organization through process and system SOPs, roadshows and other means of disseminating information
    • Drive the audit of performance processes such as employee goals and appraisal ratings to improve quality and ensure process sanctity
    • Drive timely communication and roll out of the Performance Management System on a half yearly / annual basis by utilizing multiple channels to create awareness of PMS related processes across locations and levels
    • Lead Performance management system maintenance & enhancement with IT team & third-party vendors
    • Annual Operating Plan - Work with HRBPs to create the AOP for various businesses and the organisation.
    Key Performance Indicators:
    • Projects on Organization Design, Productivity study & Performance Management
    • Ensure launch and execution of annual performance appraisal.
    • Governance of Job Evaluation Panel
    • Creation, Mapping & Maintenance of Job Role Dictionary
    Desired Candidate ProfileSkills & CompetenciesQualification:
    • Post Graduate Degree in Management with a specialization in HR from good pedigree institute.
    Experience:
    • 4+ years of experience in Talent Management in a reputed organisation.
    • Sound concepts on business KPIs, performance management framework and job evaluation methodology.
    • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Conflict management and Problem-solving skills
