Job Description

    Assistant Product ManagerThe Pinkvilla team is looking for a talented, smart, experienced and entrepreneurial APM to help us deliver a world-class product in the content space. You will be working on an exciting new product that will change the way Pinkvilla discovers communities and drives meaningful engagements online. You will be joining a dynamic and creative group who set a high bar for innovation and success in a fast-paced and changing environment.Preferred Candidate from Publishing Background (Digital)About PinkVilla :Pinkvilla is one of the largest digital websites in entertainment, lifestyle and fashion categories with 30 million unique users and 15 million social media followers.Based in : Mumbai or RemoteWhat do you need to do (Role and Responsibilities) :- Develop a detailed understanding of the product development and go-to-market process for the business, as well as the factors that drive success within each segment of their business.- Have a thorough understanding of the content and social media industry, seasonality and global trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments.- Have a complete understanding of the customer needs, both existing and potential.- Work with the product leads on End to end product management from experience to delivery. Work with various stakeholders technology, business, UX/UI, marketing- Provide content and leadership to engineering and technology teams to help render the product.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external parties, while meeting tight deadlines.- Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets.Who could you be Background and Experience :- 2-3 yrs with a demonstrated history of working in the Digital platforms . Experience in the entertainment industry will be a plus. Strong product management knowledge.- Experience with Agile Methodology- Effective communication skills, the ability to articulate and evangelize product vision, strategy priority and Go to market plans in a compelling manner.,
