Roles and ResponsibilitiesPurpose of the Role: Ensure availability of local TAFs for each graduating student and meeting theplacement targets for each Centre in the BU Key Deliverables: Ensure availability of vacancies for each graduated student across all assignedcenters. Support the Center Manager and Counsellor in student selection as per the JobDescription/Talent Acquisition Form Support the trainer in conducting assessments to ensure students match to theclient requirements as per the Job Description/Talent Acquisition Form Counsel students throughout the course of the program to ensure theirexpectations are aligned to the job opportunities available Own the relationship with the corporate clients and facilitate the placementprocess Ensure the placement targets are met for each of the assigned centers JobResponsibility: Ensure the placement targets including the Paid Placements targets are met foreach of the assigned centers within TAT Ensure availability of vacancies for each graduated student across all assignedcenters. Generated local TAFs at BU Level where Paid TAFs are not available Own the relationship with the corporate clients at BU level and facilitate theplacement process. For Paid Placement Clients - communicate any client relatedconcerns to the central placements team Support the Center Manager and Counsellor in student placement as per theJob Description/Talent Acquisition Form and ensure completion of Documentcollection Regularly coordinate the planned activities with the CM and ROM in order toreflect the priorities Support the trainer in conducting assessments to ensure students match to theclient requirements as per the Job Description/Talent Acquisition Form Track all placements on internal software accurately Collaborate with the Training Manager to develop new content on companyspecific interview requirement Collaborate with Trainers and Training Managers to reflect customerrequirements in the training process Desired Candidate ProfileEducation Qualification: Graduate in any discipline or PG (MBA is preferred) Prior Work Experience: Experience of at least 4-6 years with proven track record or an MBA Fresher Must be passionate to work for Urban-Rural Development Must have exposure of working in a distributed setup.
