1 Planning, scheduling & co-ordination of projects from preconstruction to Handing over stage.2 Creating and tracking the project preconstruction & construction schedule.3 Project Budget Set up and Cost Control.4 Expertise in Integration management process of all knowledge areas like Scope, Schedule, Cost, quality, resources, communication, risk, procurement & stake Holder Management.5 Review actual work progress against planned & Earned Value Analysis.6 Prepare & track annual Project Cash Flow.7 Risk Management8 Track reasons for delays and forecast future bottlenecks.9 Conduct Project Review meetings with project representative from other departments/agencies ie procurement, Design, Quality, Contractors Etc.10 Create the recovery catchup plan for minimizing delays and achieving cash flow shortfalls.11 Visit sites & coordinate with executive & other department like purchase,contracts & design.12 Generate S-Curve (Cost v/s Time) for the projects and send the same to management.13 Prepare project Report Variances by activity wise & Milestone wise Give Periodic MIS Report to Top Management.14 Prepare project Resource Planning over the length of project & Cost Monitoring reports Budget v/s Actual with variances statement Monthly.15 Prepare MIS Reports.16 Guide and train team to ensure standard planning policies across the Company in line with the best practices in the industry.17 Implement value engineering initiatives to increase value or reduce costs. Coordinate with Design team & all respective consultants to ensure that the product is designed for optimization.
