Job Description

Working as a central Planning Manager and Project Co-coordinator for project development
Project planning & scheduling, Progress review, MIS, Project operations Coordination and Controls
Coordination with Banks/NBFCs/Funds and PMC for providing all kinds of technical inputs towards certification of bills and release of funds
Costing and preparation of cash flow (Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly and Project Life Cycle)
Onboarding of vendors for technical discussions & negotiations on receipt of quotations for closure of bids
Finalizations and Preparation of High Value Work Orders of Consultancy Services, Excavation, Civil, Waterproofing, Infrastructure works, etc.
Finalizations and Preparation of Purchase Orders of key project items like Aluminum Formwork, Safety Screen, Placer Boom, Passenger Hoist, Puzzle Parking, etc.
Organizing & conducting Progress review meetings.
Developing system within company for Implementing ISO
Implementation of Strategic ERP system across all Engineering modules for migration from all manual works towards system orientation
Liaoning with legal team towards providing technical inputs for resolving of critical legal matters
Technical Assistance to Managing Director and CEO-Construction
