1. Getting the Hydraulic Core drilling rigs refurbished and reinstated.2. Procure spares and consumables for the repair as per company policy atcompetitive pricing.3. Develop vendor and supplier database without to get competitive pricing,4. Develop inhouse team of mechanics with knowledge of engines, gearboxfittings and hydraulics5. Develop inhouse team of multi skill machine shop operators for inhouse pettymachining, welding jobs.6. Develop effective stores and inventory platform as per ABC analysis ofequipment.Skills :-Good written and verbal communication .Root cause analysis of failures for core drilling rigs, pumps, generators and /economics of operations Good intra personal skills, ability to handle client teams for P&M inspection,subordinate team of Mechanics and other members. Good knowledge and execution of competitive sourcing of materials Ability to co-ordinate with different functions of, site executions, Logistics Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor Able to professionally and confidently communicate. Ability to handle andmanage vendors and team members.Qualifications :-Preferably Degree and Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.Experience:-Preferably have experience in Construction Plant and Machinery at workshops. Have 07-15 years of previous related experience in managing repair and reconditioning of equipment.
