Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forPortfolio Head Debit CardsJob Purpose: The Debit Card portfolio head is responsible for developing and executing portfolio stimulation and growth campaigns for debit card products. The role is responsible for all key debit card portfolio parameters such as spend/ activation/ ATS/ revenue/ cost/ growth/ card lifecycle/ campaigns/ sales. The role will manage the planning, development, and implementation of portfolio growth tactics, existing customer management/ engagement strategies, and the overall management of pricing/ revenue initiatives and utilisation promotions.KRA:

  • Create/ work/ implement portfolio management strategies to maximize portfolio growth across all customer contact points, including branches/ contact centre/ online/ digital channels.
  • Responsible for all revenue and cost budgets for the year. Achievement of revenue through increase in card sales/ activation of customer/ increase in spend/ increase in channel participation/ increase in customer engagement.
  • Work with external stakeholders such as network/ brands/ category leaders to increase spend/ activation/ defined objectives.
  • Plan/ create/ manage/ execute all debit card campaigns for customers with clearly defined objectives and reporting of achievement post campaigns.
  • Customer reward management and campaign management.
  • Running drives/ contest/ campaigns for stakeholders to achieve objectives. Publish regular updates and monitor the performance.
  • Partner with compliance/ risk management/ vigilance teams in achieving all compliance/ risk/ vigilance objectives. Regular review/ upgrade/ management of portfolio basis the clearly defined objectives.
  • Develop/ execute/ manage customer life cycle for each category of card and monitor it to achieve customer engagement and other related parameters.
  • Work with relevant teams to ensure best in class customer service, develop the process/ system for complaint management. Monitor all complaints and get it resolved on time. Develop systems for customer ease/ service issue resolution.
  • Support/ assist branches/ channels in customer service and get the queries resolved on time.
  • Closely monitor industry/ competition and come out with clearly defined portfolio level plan to create a competitive edge in the market.
Qualification& Experience: MBA in marketing/ finance from a reputed institute with minimum 8-10 years of work experience out of which last 2-3 years in portfolio management of debit card/ credit card/ prepaid business.Regards,HR Team
