    • Project Role Description :Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.

        • Key Responsibilities : Day to Day supoort activities; Ticket resolution as per the SLA, knowledge of IPC and its issue resolution, communicating with multivendor instruments;Custome field developement; Comunication to business users in timely manner Co-ordinating with differnt teams like Infrastructure Teams, Support Teams, and external system build teams ; for support perspective, working knowledge of Database; Guiding team for issue resolution; Customer communication;Working in Service now or BMC remedy
        • Technical Experience : Having 4 to 6 years, very good experience in Chromeleon CDS Good Communication skills along with hands on experince in different L2,L3 issues, instrument configuration, custom field development etc
        • Professional Attributes : Good attitude,oral and Communication skillsStrong Analytical Skills CDS Experience is must
        • Educational Qualification : BTech Completed
