The resource will be the key SPOC for Sharepoint requirements of Global & Local Departmental Users across APAC, EMEA, NAR, UK, India regions. The key skill* is to understand user requirements and queries basis technical or functional aspect or nature of situation presented and ability* to address it by - Amendment of configurations in sharepoint- Raise & Track till its resolution with Application Production Support team as production issue if something is broken and needs to be fixed- Raise & Track till its development with Application Development team as new requirement - Dynamic role to act as project manager of deliveries in Agile setup For each of these be the SPOC of the users and setup governance around the Book of Work and report to global management.Should have excellent communication skills as this role will require working with senior management of different regions.Responsibilities Direct ResponsibilitiesThe resource will be self-starter responsible to analyze problem systems; self-explore and understand functionality of various available tools and suggest appropriate technical solutions to the problem.
• Collect needs , build and test & deliver SharePoint solutions in an agile delivery model
• Gather requirements for SharePoint from FRESH platforms for Finance Teams
• Execute Technical Implementation of Changes by prioritizing request by relevance in sprints
• Develop adequate access controls (Read/Write) for site users/visitors according to business need
• Administer, Maintain, fix & Evolve Master site SharePoint & Transversal SharePoint
• Creation & Maintenance of functional & technical documentation
• Organization & realization of presentation sessions (training, presentation of good practices)
• Animate and Contribute to the SharePoint community participate & collaborate
• Analysis of irritants and areas of Improvements
• Address FRESH and Finance User/Central IT Functions queries on SharePoint
• Prevent Data Loss, Plan and execute relevant measures for data archival
• Establish data security & Prevent loss of data confidentiality (securing access of data evidences)
• Participate to migration project (from SharePoint WeShare version to Online version)
• Create procedures, standards; knowledge transfer through trainings, info shares etc.
• Effective communication across multiple teams including development team (IT) and other stakeholders.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies Technical:-

• JQuery and JavaScript development/design patterns
• Preferred: SharePoint 2013 / 2016 Hosted and Provider Hosted Apps dev model
• Bonus : Developing new web components using XML, .NET, SQL, CSOM , JSOM and C#
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and processes
